Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: September 11, 2026
Monthly subscription
BullishBoard paid plans are monthly digital subscriptions billed in advance. Your subscription begins when your payment is successfully processed and paid access is made available to your account.
Automatic renewal
Unless you cancel before your next billing date, your subscription automatically renews each month and the payment method on file is charged the then-current monthly price plus applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal available from your BullishBoard account page. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain paid access through that date. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation does not reverse or refund a charge that has already been processed.
No refunds
Because access to our digital subscription service is provided immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable once charged. We do not provide full or prorated refunds or credits for unused time, partial billing periods, plan changes, failure to use the service, or cancellation after an initial or renewal charge.
Exceptions required by law
We will provide a refund or other remedy where required by applicable law. We may also approve an exception in writing at our sole discretion. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Billing errors or unauthorized charges
If you believe a charge was made in error or without authorization, contact us promptly using the support channel shown on this site. Please include the email address associated with your account and the charge date so we can investigate.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. If this policy conflicts with non-waivable law, that law controls.
