1. Informational Use Only
BullishBoard provides market commentary, creator analytics, and research tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on the service is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and no fiduciary relationship is created.
2. AI-Generated Content and Simulations
The service may use AI to generate or assist with summaries, sentiment, conviction, mention classification, and simulated trade outcomes. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or inconsistent with the source content. Simulated performance is hypothetical and is not a representation or guarantee of real trading results.
3. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You should independently verify any data, insights, or alerts before making financial decisions.
4. No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BullishBoard and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting unauthorized bulk extraction, scraping, reverse engineering, access bypass, credential abuse, or other activity that harms the platform or other users.
7. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance. Unless you cancel before the next billing date, your subscription automatically renews each month and the payment method on file is charged the then-current monthly price plus applicable taxes. You authorize these recurring charges when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal available from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
8. Refund Policy
Because paid access to BullishBoard's digital subscription service is provided immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable once charged, including for unused time, partial billing periods, plan changes, or cancellation after a renewal. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits, except where required by applicable law or where BullishBoard expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy for the complete terms.
9. Billing Questions
If you believe a charge was made in error or without authorization, contact us promptly through the support channel shown on the site so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Changes to Service and Terms
We may update features, data sources, pricing, and these terms over time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
