Explicit claim • strong conviction • basis: multiple relative
However, in recent years because of inflation, I think a big part of this it's it's gotten crushed and you know at its peak back in 2020 2022 this was trading for north of 30 times earnings. Um it was reliably growing the dividend at you know 7 to 10% a year. Uh it had about a 2% yield at the time. So it was like a just a normal consumer staples company focus on protein. They usually they do meats and peanut butter primarily and then they do guacamole. I think they've expanded into some other uh kind of lines of of packaged food. But um for a long time I didn't own them because of the premium. After the selloff last week we're back below 15 times earnings here on Horell. So I wanted to bring that up. Not only are we below 15 times earnings, but the dividend yield is is up north of 5% again. worth 5.4%.
